Your challenge? To provide strategic direction and clear leadership in support of our continued development and our pursuit of excellence in newsprint. This will involve guiding the implementation of best practice and lean manufacturing techniques to achieve exceptional levels of output, quality, cost and safety across fibre preparation, two paper machines, finishing and technical support.
To help us get the most from our people, plant and processes, you will need a proven track record in production delivery at senior level – ideally in paper manufacturing.
The confidence to lead and inspire from the front is also essential, and you must have strong technical, managerial and interpersonal skills. Add to that a passion for high standards and we can promise you an excellent reward package.
